Been Busy! Gettin Back on Track!

Well, We've had a lot of changes just recently and haven't been on lately! 
Alina, Me, moved and all of my kids have been sick with the flu, its been crazySick, but I'm proud to say I still lost 2 pounds last week!!! YAY!
Alicia has started working full-time again after staying home with her three boys for the last seven years, talk about a changeSurprised, but she got around to weighing in this week on tues and has lost 3 pounds!!!  We haven't got to work out together or let alone have time to chat much, but we still are in this together and are not giving up!  We're just going to have to figure out a way to keep in contact.  We hope all of you, our world of partners, are doing great!!! I'll post again once I get my computer fixed, which broke in moving!Crying  Oh, I hope everyone had a great Valentines day!Red heart  Alina

Worked our butts off!

Last week we worked out so hard I thought we would pass out after the gym!
I lost 4 pounds!!! It felt great! Unfortunately, Alicia has hit a wall, everytime she hits the weight she's at, she gets stuck, so we're going to try to mix it up this week and see what we can do.  I just don't want her getting frustrated. We'll update later!

Completely Embarrassed!

This realy sucks! I hate that I gained 2 pounds!!!  I have no one to blame but myself!  I didn't stick to my menu this week and probably could've pushed myself harder!  Next week is going to be better!  I'm not going to kill myself over it or anything, it just sucks!!!

Need to get back on it! Week 3!!!

This last week has been so hard to stay focused, there's so much going on, its difficult!
I hope we can get back to our good habits, we need to reach our goal!!!
Anyways, We have to remember there's always going to be something holding us back,
we just need to make time for us and keep going!
I know we can do it!!!!

Getting dragged down!!!!

I'm noticing how difficult it is not to let everything thats coming down around us affect our life change!
It's seems everyday something else happens to depress me even more and on top of that, I woke up late today which messed up our early morning workout, I felt so dissappointed in myself.  I have to remember s*!t Happens and we have to move on! It's easier said then done!  I'll still work out today, its just different, my body was getting used to getting up early and I let everything else get the best of me the last two days, I didn't want to let alicia down.  I'm not going to make it a habit!!!! Sorry Alicia!  Have a Great day and Let's make sure we workout and Eat Our Food! Love Ya! We can make it through all this crumbling of our worlds together just like everything else. Its all material, We'll Have Our HEALTH, DAMN IT!

Its Monday!!

Its Monday & we started our week off in the gym bright & early!!  Its funny how we took Sunday off from workouts & we both felt like our day was missing something.
We both feel better now.  Thanks Alina for getting me on this track.  Wishing everyone a great & successful week!!! We can all do this  Smile

Our First WEIGH INS!!!!!!

Can't beleive this is not Adkins or something!!!! 
Alicia's Current Weight: 156 Loss this week 8 pounds
Alina's Current Weight: 185.4  Loss this week 6.6 pounds
 
I can't believe it's like we lost a whole 2 BABIES!!!!!Open-mouthed
 
This has been the most trying and exciting week, trying to stay motivated to stay on track with our eating and getting up so early to hit the gym, and not just do ou regular walk on the treadmill, but pushing ourselves hard to get the most out of our time! 
IT WAS WORTH IT ALL AND CAN'T WAIT TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!!!!
 
I'm so proud of us both. We are doing this!  It's amazing how good we feel, too!

3rd workout!

Well we did it again, got up at 4:30am and hit the gym, we're as sore as can be, but proud!  Each morning I try to talk myself out of going so early, but if we didn't we'd let other things (kids and life) get in the way. There's nothing going at at 4:30am., no excuses!  We're doing this! I can't wait for our weigh in on sat. morning!!!!

First Day at the Gym!

In the beginning there was two sisters, they became friends, got married young, had baby's young, got fat young, got health problems young, lost themselves young!

The key word there is young... We're going to make changes now while we're still young.  Its the beginning to a new way of life and we can't wait.  Its not going to be easy and we might stumble along the way, but thats why we have each other, we are always there to pick each other up!!!  We have a plan and we'll stick to it. 

This morning was hard, but we've already accomplished something, getting up at 4:30am and going to the gym. I know that no matter if we win this biggest loser, million pound match up, or if we lose, We're going to do this for ourselves!

So we can have a better way of life!

We DESERVE this!
